*Smiling - She now smiles socially (as opposed to gas or sleeping smiles). I can even make her smile a few different ways - brushing her cheek, kisses, the "A" sound (we've been working on our vowels), and sometimes just smiling at her will elicit a grin.
*Hands & Feet - She seems to have discovered her hands and feet. I'll catch her cross-eyed staring at her right hand and then she'll slowly bring it to her mouth. I also caught her gazing at her feet but she has not reached for them yet.
*Head Control - Her head control is getting much better especially in a supported position. She lifts her head up and looks around at everything around her while we are carrying her or when she's laying on my or Kevin's chest...still working on floor/tummy time, though.
*Sight & Sound - Lily is seeing more clearly now. She'll lock eyes with Kevin and me and track objects and people as they move. When she looks at things, you can tell she's really examining them and taking it all in. Her voice has changed as well. She's cooing on her play mat as I type this, and it's just the sweetest sound ever.
Lily's 2-month well baby check up is on Monday, so I'll report back with her new stats then. She'll also get her first round of vaccinations which will be really hard to watch, but it will protect her from all of the yucky germs out there. Then we can finally make Target runs together :)
